Process and track customer orders for manufactured goods, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Provide real-time updates on production status, shipping schedules, and potential delays. Liaise between customers and internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality control. Maintain accurate customer records, communication logs, and order documentation.
