Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Develop and deliver training programs on CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to all levels.
Coach and mentor teams in the application of problem-solving tools and continuous improvement principles.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
Standardize best practices and implement visual management systems to sustain improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Master Black Belt (LSSMBB).
Demonstrated expertise in Lean principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proven ability to drive cultural change, mentor teams, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies or digital transformation initiatives.
Lean Master or Master Black Belt certification.
Proficiency in Minitab or other advanced statistical software for complex data analysis.
Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculation for CI projects.
