Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project completion.
Expertise in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic)
Demonstrated ability in advanced financial modeling and business case development
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
