Key Responsibilities
Lead and champion the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Facilitate and lead cross-functional improvement projects, utilizing problem-solving tools and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, DMAIC).
Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement principles and tools to all levels of the organization.
Coach and mentor teams and individuals in the application of continuous improvement techniques to drive a culture of operational excellence.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure the sustainment of implemented improvements through standardized work, control plans, and regular audits.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) in a manufacturing setting.
Strong proficiency in Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, 5S, SMED, Standard Work) and their practical application.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence cross-functional teams to drive cultural change and achieve sustainable results.
Expertise in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving tools to identify root causes and measure improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Proficiency with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies or manufacturing automation projects.
