$105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end flow of a specific value stream, from raw material to customer delivery.
Identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies within the value stream using Lean manufacturing principles.
Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, throughput, quality, and cost.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, supply chain, and quality, to achieve value stream objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of problem-solving and innovation within the value stream.
Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize value stream performance.
Monitor and analyze value stream performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the value stream.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and address process inefficiencies.
Experience with value stream mapping and developing strategic plans for process optimization.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional team collaboration.
Bonus Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Lean Six Sigma projects with a focus on flow optimization.
Proven ability to implement and manage advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT).
Experience with supply chain integration and end-to-end value stream mapping beyond production.
Familiarity with ERP/MES system optimization for value stream improvement.
Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on value stream performance.
