Oversee full-cycle recruitment and staffing for production, technical, and administrative roles. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored for the manufacturing sector. Coordinate and deliver training and development programs, emphasizing safety and skill enhancement. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and lead incident investigations. Recommended Qualifications
Extensive experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, compliance (e.g., OSHA, FLSA), and HR best practices specific to manufacturing operations. Proven ability to manage full-cycle talent acquisition, development, and retention for a diverse production workforce. Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and safe plant culture. Ability to strategically partner with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with operational goals and drive business results. Bonus Qualifications
Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar process improvement experience. OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety leadership training. Experience with HR modules of an integrated manufacturing ERP system (e.g., SAP HR, Oracle EBS).
