Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or service delays.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Provide basic technical information and support for manufactured products.
Proactively communicate potential delays or changes to customers.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical information clearly.
Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex product specifications and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in using CRM software and order management/ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
High level of attention to detail for accurate order processing and record-keeping.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Familiarity with production planning, inventory, or supply chain processes.
Understanding of technical product specifications or manufacturing terminology.
Previous experience supporting B2B customers in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
