We are partnering with organizations in Otsego that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. Qualify and develop new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. Manage existing customer accounts to identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling. Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with production and shipping departments. Maintain and update customer information and sales activities within the CRM system. Provide product information, technical assistance, and resolve customer inquiries. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators. Recommended Qualifications

2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features and benefits. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and sales activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Bonus Qualifications

Understanding of manufacturing processes or technical products. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with relevant industry standards or quality certifications (e.g., ISO). Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets. Job Titles That Should Apply
