Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities for manufacturing products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers via phone and email.

Prepare and present detailed product quotes and proposals for manufacturing solutions.

Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.

Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for manufacturing equipment and services.

Recommended Qualifications

2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators.

Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills.

Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product specifications and applications.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Familiarity with technical specifications or manufacturing processes

Previous sales experience within an industrial B2B environment

Proficiency with advanced CRM functionalities or sales enablement platforms
