We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Charlotte that are seeking skilled Inside Sales Representatives. Qualify and pursue inbound sales leads and identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and process sales orders accurately. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their manufacturing needs. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and manage the sales pipeline. Collaborate with engineering, production, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide technical product information and solutions to address customer inquiries. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators. Recommended Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Proven ability to understand and articulate technical product information to diverse clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone presence. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets. Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with manufacturing processes or specific industrial product categories. Experience utilizing CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and/or ERP systems.
