Outside Sales Representative - Azusa, CA
Totten Tubes, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Azusa Sales Team. As the front-line representative of our company, this role is responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
This position is ideal for a confident, personable sales professional who is self-disciplined, knowledgeable in steel products, and thrives in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.
Duties Summary As an Outside Sales Representative, you will regularly visit and tour customer facilities while actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities. This role requires strong field presence, relationship-building, and consistent engagement with both existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: completing daily call reports, submitting monthly expense reports, maintaining frequent communication with customers as well as internal office and warehouse teams, and participating in regular sales meetings.
This position requires the ability to drive extensively, as well as sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Required Skills (Experience)
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the steel manufacturing and fabrication industry
Valid state driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and customer-facing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
Proven negotiation and closing abilities
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in the sale of laser processed material
Sale of HSS products to manufacturers and fabricators
Compensation $32-36 an hour will be paid, based on experience. This position can earn between $90,000+ in commissions a year with no commission cap.
