Join our Sales Team in Cedar City, Utah! Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role supports revenue growth by managing incoming inquiries, generating new business opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Essential Job Functions

Respond promptly to incoming sales calls and customer inquiries

Prepare and provide accurate pricing quotes and product availability

Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently

Identify, understand, and anticipate customer needs and requirements

Maintain strong knowledge of pricing guidelines and current market conditions

Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and goals

Conduct outbound follow-up calls on quotes and customer inquiries

Research and develop new sales leads to expand business opportunities

Attend and participate in sales meetings and training

Required Qualifications (Experience & Education)

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the metals industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation

$ 30–35.00 an hour with commission opportunity of $10,000+ per year.
