Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately, including custom specifications and volume requirements.
Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, pricing, and technical specifications.

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to quickly learn and understand manufacturing products, processes, and technical specifications.
Proficiency with CRM software and/or ERP systems for order management and inquiry tracking.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain logistics
Familiarity with technical product specifications or industrial terminology
Previous experience in a B2B (business-to-business) customer service environment
