What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations inquiries, providing guidance on misconduct and performance issues
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and workplace issues
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure fair outcomes and adherence to policies
Analyze employee relations trends to recommend proactive strategies for improving workplace culture
Maintain detailed records of investigations and resolutions in a centralized case management system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
8+ years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience with a minimum of 5 years in Employee Relations
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and EEOC guidelines
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Experience in conducting and documenting workplace investigations
Strong understanding of compliance and labor relations
Demonstrated passion for employment law and employee relations work
Ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
