What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate sales through outbound cold calling and follow‑up with leads to sell Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while achieving targeted customer experience metrics
Manage customer interactions through effective communication, organization, and problem resolution
Consult with business customers to understand their needs and generate referrals for new prospects
Maintain an updated prospect database and manage the opportunity funnel daily
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
Strong communication and listening skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in wireless sales or telecommunications
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment
Strong adaptability and problem‑solving skills
