What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up to sell Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid‑sized businesses
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while achieving targeted customer experience metrics
Manage customer interactions through effective communication and organization
Consult with business customers to identify their needs and solicit referrals for potential new prospects
Maintain an up‑to‑date prospect database and opportunity funnel while resolving customer issues promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
2‑5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while using various software applications
Willingness to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in wireless sales or a similar telecommunications role
Familiarity with sales funnel management
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
