What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and motivate a team of Outbound Telesales Representatives to achieve sales quotas
Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM software usage on a daily basis
Conduct team meetings and performance reviews to improve skills and meet targets
Handle escalated customer calls to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Collaborate with leadership to maintain effective communication and relationships across departments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or management
Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a sales environment
Strong influencing skills and strategic thinking capabilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Extensive related professional experience may substitute for a degree
Experience in a business-to-business sales environment
Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and escalated customer interactions
Previous success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
