What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up, selling Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses

Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while achieving targeted customer experience metrics

Manage customer interactions through effective communication and strong listening skills

Consult with business customers to understand their needs and solicit referrals for potential new prospects

Update and maintain prospect databases and opportunity funnels daily to ensure order fulfillment

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales or customer service

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Proven adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in a sales funnel and cold calling

Familiarity with wireless services and products

Strong persuasion and customer-focused skills

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
