Customer Service Representative – Call Center Operations
Hourly Range: $21/hr (self advance to $24/hr)
This role supports customers through timely, accurate, and professional service in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and process service requests that directly impact customer satisfaction and daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
Answer questions related to service, billing, and scheduling
Process payments, service changes, and work orders
Document customer interactions accurately
Work within established quality and productivity standards
What We’re Looking For
Customer service or call center experience
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a structured, metric‑driven environment
Reliable attendance and schedule adherence
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
Pay & Schedule
Hourly pay
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Overtime may be required based on business needs
