Be the calm in someone's day. High-Volume Work. Multi-tasking. A Critical Support Role. Customer Service Representative Call Center Operations Hourly Range: $21/hr (self advance to $24/hr) This role supports customers through timely, accurate, and professional service in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and process service requests that directly impact customer satisfaction and daily operations. Why This Role Matters Customer Service Representatives are the front line of our organization. Your ability to provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns helps keep operations running smoothly and customers supported. What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls Answer questions related to service, billing, and scheduling Process payments, service changes, and work orders Document customer interactions accurately Work within established quality and productivity standards What We're Looking For Customer service or call center experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a structured, metric-driven environment Reliable attendance and schedule adherence Bilingual English / Spanish preferred Pay & Schedule Hourly pay Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be required based on business needs Qualifications
