Position Overview
This role provides professional administrative, customer service, and marketing support to our Investment Counselors and their clients. The Sales Assistant also serves as a key liaison between clients, Investment Counselors, and the Operations Department, helping ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality service. Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service to investors Work collaboratively with assigned Investment Counselors Assist with mutual fund, bond, and equity trade entries; verify activity and help troubleshoot issues Process new account paperwork, including Suitability Profiles, ACATS, IRA forms, and related documentation Serve as a liaison between clients, Investment Counselors, and the Operations Department Prepare income planners and assist with seminar preparation, including occasional evening events Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally Provide administrative and operational support to the branch as needed Qualifications
High school diploma required Minimum Of Two Years Of Administrative Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Current Series 7 and 63 licenses OR willingness to obtain them within the first 5 months of employment
