Field Sales Representative – Jacksonville As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand in the region, forging strong connections in the beauty industry and championing the adoption of Booksy among businesses. Your role goes beyond sales: you are an ambassador of our values and vision.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture face‑to‑face relationships with small‑business owners.
Manage a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, walk‑ins, and social media outreach.
Attend industry events, conduct product demos, and educate clients on the app’s features.
Proactively follow up and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and continued usage of Booksy.
Requirements
2–4 years of field sales experience (prior exposure in the beauty industry preferred).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Located in Jacksonville and able to drive to client locations.
Strong work ethic and self‑starter mindset in a rapidly changing environment.
Experience selling technology/SaaS products and working with small‑business clients is a plus.
Proficient in Salesforce for pipeline management.
Salary & Benefits Salary Range : $50,000–$65,000 base + uncapped commission.
