
Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support the sales and operations departments by managing customer orders, preparing quotes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional customer communication. Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales quotes and enter customer purchase orders into SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, tracking information, and payment processing.
Collaborate with the finance department on new credit applications and payments.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and exceptional service.
Maintain and update ERP (SAP B1) and CRM (Salesforce) customer and sales records.
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including coordinating conference and tradeshow logistics, booking accommodations, and assisting with event registrations.
Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the biotech or biopharma industry is a plus but not required.
Strong computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new systems.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP Business One or Salesforce (or comparable software) is a plus.
