Join West Peak as a Roofing Consultant!
This role plays a key role in helping homeowners protect and restore their properties by identifying roofing issues, conducting inspections, and recommending appropriate solutions.
In this role, you will generate leads, meet with homeowners, perform roof and exterior inspections, create detailed project estimates, and guide customers through the entire roofing and insurance restoration process. Our Roofing Consultants are responsible for building trust with clients, providing an excellent customer experience, and working closely with internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.
This position requires a proactive, customer-focused individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a high-performing team. You will be responsible for generating your own leads with the support of your manager and team. It is our goal to set you up for SUCCESS.
QUALIFICATIONS
Problem solver, hard worker, personable and professional
Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions
Comfortable generating leads and nurturing them through to closing and installation
Experience in project management and ability to coordinate field and office tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits
Previous experience in roofing, construction, sales, or home improvement industries is a plus
