What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a consultant to dealers, assisting in the development and implementation of business plans
Facilitate coaching and consulting with dealers to meet sales objectives and dealership goals
Oversee compliance of the Business Elite program and enhance dealer participation in fleet solutions
Analyze local market conditions and dealer performance to identify sales opportunities
Conduct training activities and support dealers in executing local B2B tactics
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated success in field-based sales and customer service
Willingness to travel overnight as necessary for territory management
Proficiency in the entire Microsoft suite of business products
Strong computer skills for data development, maintenance, and analysis
Valid driver’s license required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business partners
Experience in dealership or automotive environments
Familiarity with B2B sales and fleet account management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
