What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Facilitate, coach, and consult with dealers to meet monthly and yearly sales objectives

Manage dealer compliance with the Business Elite program

Oversee the Commercial Truck Club to grow membership and deliver value-added content

Conduct sales and training activities, including face-to-face customer meetings

Analyze dealer sales and local market conditions to identify sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated success in field-based sales and customer service

Ability to travel overnight as necessary for territory management

Proficient in the entire Microsoft suite of business products

Strong computer skills for data development, maintenance, and analysis

Valid driver’s license required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas

Experience in dealership or automotive environments

Background in B2B sales and fleet account management

Ability to influence business partners and build strong relationships

Excellent oral and written communication skills
