What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Listen to and analyze clients' financial situations to provide tailored financial solutions
Build rapport with potential clients and connect quickly to understand their needs
Close deals and negotiate effectively to meet customer goals
Manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining exceptional communication
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on innovative sales methods
What is Required (Qualifications):
Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to quickly identify customer goals and objectives
Basic computer and data entry skills
Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
Sales experience preferred

College degree preferred, but not mandatory
Strong ability and passion for closing deals and negotiating

Previous experience in a sales role within the mortgage or financial services industry
