What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage with customers to analyze their financial situations and identify specific needs
Provide suitable financial solutions tailored to each client's goals and objectives
Build rapport quickly with potential clients through excellent communication skills
Handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining a sense of urgency and initiative
Participate in ongoing training and adapt to fast-paced sales environments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Energetic and outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Ability to persuade and connect with consumers effectively
Basic computer and data entry skills
Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
Sales experience preferred, along with a college degree (not mandatory)

Experience in sales or a related field
Demonstrated ability to close deals and negotiate successfully
Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
