Minimum 5 years of customer/client service experience, in a call center environment Credit Card Support Experience Insight Global is hiring Senior Call Center Representatives for our client, who is a global crypto and Web3 platform. Our client is setting up operations for a new contact center in Tempe, AZ, where these individuals will serve as a frontline support for credit card customers via phone, chat, and email. These individuals will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience in a fast‑paced contact center environment. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Day to Day:

Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy Recommend solutions and document interactions Escalate complex issues appropriately Stay updated on policies and procedures Ensure compliance with regulations Maintain excellent attendance and shift adherence Communicate clearly and empathetically Embrace feedback and multitask effectively
