Job Description Summary
Support PayPal’s engagement with the global investment community by combining strategic investor communications with operational excellence. The position partners closely with the Chief Investor Relations Officer to ensure seamless execution of investor relations activities, executive operations, and external engagements. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, travel, and event logistics; coordinating earnings, investor conferences, and Investor Day; and collaborating with SR Leadership to align schedules & priorities. The role contributes to the development of high‑quality financial communications and investor materials, delivering data‑driven insights that clearly articulate PayPal’s financial performance and strategic direction. Serving as a key liaison to shareholders, analysts, and potential investors, the position fosters transparency, strengthens relationships, and supports cross‑functional coordination to reinforce confidence in PayPal’s long‑term value creation.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, press releases, and Q&A documents. Ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned with PayPal’s strategic narrative and financial performance.
Support the planning and execution of investor events, including earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows. Manage logistics, track follow‑ups, and gather investor feedback to enhance engagement.
Maintain PayPal’s investor relations databases, track analyst coverage, monitor share performance, and summarize investor sentiment and key takeaways from external interactions.
Partner closely with teams across Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Strategy to ensure coordinated and compliant messaging in all public disclosures and external communications.
Contribute ideas to improve reporting processes, analytical frameworks, and communication strategies that enhance PayPal’s credibility and effectiveness with investors.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications
Previous executive administration experience, including managing complex calendar, meeting, and travel itineraries.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Self‑motivated and organized – ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Clarity, tact, professionalism, and consensus building skills – in writing, speaking and presenting information.
Ability to collaborate with senior management.
Strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough; comfortable with numbers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where priorities constantly shift; flexible, energetic, and pro‑active.
Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.
Prior experience in corporate access or managing investor relations related activities is preferred.
Base Pay Primary Location: New York City, New York – $109,000.00 – $156,200.00 Annually. No other locations are assigned to this requisition currently.
