
Regional Sales Manager

General Purpose of The Job
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand market share, increase sales revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned region.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and support team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry influencers within the region.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and market demands.
Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to promote new products and service offerings effectively.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, budget planning, and performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all operational activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and enhance market presence.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
Minimum of 4-5 years of Strategic, Major or National account management experience to help guide, train and direct new sales professionals to quicker success with these types of customers within their assigned territories.
Proven history of managing and leading multiple sales professionals as a cohesive team to accomplish tremendous growth in rental revenue, new customers and market share.
