Sales Leader – EPC & Named End User Accounts
$163,500–$261,600 annually (eligible for short‑term incentive plan/annual bonus).
Location: United States (Alabama). Remote position; preference for major metro area in the US.

This position reports to:
Commercial Leader – Business, Industry & Channel.
Role & Responsibilities The Sales Leader – EPC & Named End User Accounts leads sales and business development activities related to products, systems, and services for defined industry segments (EPC and Named End User accounts) for the Electrification Division in the United States. The role ensures the organization substantially improves sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute EPC and end‑user market strategies for penetration, prioritization, and long‑term growth through data‑driven planning, industry insights, and coordinated engagement across divisions.
Lead high‑performing segment teams by setting clear priorities, strengthening sales effectiveness, and ensuring strong ABB representation with key accounts, influencers, and industry organizations.
Build and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships while enabling cross‑functional collaboration, market intelligence sharing, and alignment on product gaps, opportunities, and major project pursuits.
Oversee organizational performance through structured reporting, account planning, capability development, and continuous improvement to ensure readiness for large contracts and consistent year‑over‑year growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business.
20+ years of relevant experience in EPC, Business Development and/or Sales Leadership.
Experience developing C‑level relationships and acting as a customer advocate.
Strong communication, negotiation, influence, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions with analytical thinking and commercial acumen.
Self‑driven, collaborative, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic, inclusive, and tolerant of ambiguity.
Results‑oriented execution mindset.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
Must have or be eligible for U.S. work authorization.
