The Opportunity We're hiring a

Marketing Operations Analyst

to support our world‑class performance marketing engine. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior growth leaders, handling everything from order processing and affiliate ops to building insightful reports, managing campaign workflows, and uncovering optimization gold in large datasets. What You'll Own & Drive

Process and manage dropship order files, query databases for order/shipment status, and ensure timely, accurate tracking updates to retail partners.

Oversee product catalogs, inventory syncs, promotions, and compliance across distributors, retail partners, and affiliates.

Build and deliver clear, intuitive BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that empower stakeholders with performance insights.

Coordinate full campaign execution: collaborate with creative teams, secure approvals, ensure brand/legal compliance, and manage asset submissions.

Track campaign spend, results, and KPIs; handle data entry, basic analysis, and cross‑functional project management to hit deadlines error‑free.

Support landing page builds, testing creative variations, and new campaign launches to boost targeting and ROI.

Analyze channel performance (SEM, paid social, display, CPA, affiliate, etc.)—traffic, conversions, subscriptions, demographics, LTV—and surface optimization opportunities.

Assist with affiliate program ops: partner onboarding, tracking validation, performance monitoring, report generation, attribution accuracy, and payout optimization.

Research and help onboard new affiliate/ad networks and strategic partners.

Contribute to management reporting that keeps the entire organization aligned on marketing trends and results.

Help evolve our reporting infrastructure to support hyper‑scaling across channels.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Superpowers)

Recent college graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, analytics, ecommerce, affiliate, or performance marketing support.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills—systems stay clean and accurate under your watch.

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets mastery (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, data consolidation, charts, automation basics).

SQL familiarity or relational database querying experience a strong plus (you'll use it to pull and analyze data).

Solid grasp of the ecommerce ecosystem, performance channels, and how affiliate marketing works (1+ year supporting affiliate programs preferred).

Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills—comfortable digging into datasets to find insights and tell the story behind the numbers.

Understanding of key marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, attribution) and how to measure success accurately.

Excellent communication skills—clear written/verbal updates, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to present findings effectively.

Strong project/time management—juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and keep cross‑functional deliverables on track.

Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn modern tools, AI‑assisted workflows, and scaling strategies in a fast‑moving environment.
