Description Reports to: Sr. Distributor Sales Manager

Position Summary The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will work closely with Account Advisors on the Distributor Sales team to schedule calls and demos with pre-qualified prospects, helping drive the sales pipeline. This role involves initiating contact, managing leads, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Position Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Scheduling

Initiate contact with pre-qualified leads via phone, email, and other channels.

Schedule discovery calls or virtual demos between prospects and Account Advisors.

Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects’ needs and pain points.

Collaboration & Transition

Seamlessly transition interested prospects to Account Advisors for discovery calls.

Provide comprehensive lead information, including detailed notes and insights from interactions.

CRM & Sales Tracking

Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software.

Regularly update and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward goals.

Industry Knowledge & Product Familiarity

Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings.

Stay informed on the promotional products industry and its latest trends.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, sharing client insights to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.

Performance & Reporting

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, such as number of meetings scheduled and held and other key performance indicators.

Report regularly on sales activities and progress toward goals.

Event Participation

Attend tradeshows, both online and in‑person, as required.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred.

CRM experience preferred.

Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly preferred.

SaaS and inside sales experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with website platforms and related terminology.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Quiet, professional workspace working from home required.

Ability to attend in‑person office meetings and conduct virtual meetings via Zoom.

Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to lead management and collaboration.

Must maintain reliable, fast internet (25Mbps down / 5Mbps up per person).
