Job title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: Near Orrville, Ohio

Schedule: On-site Monday – Friday

Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Director of Financial Planning & Analysis):

• Lead annual budgeting process, including capital planning and cash flow forecasting
• Own ongoing forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning initiatives
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to support decision-making and business strategy
• Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations
• Drive process improvements across FP&A, reporting, and analytics functions

Qualifications (Director of Financial Planning & Analysis):

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting, including leadership experience preferred
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
