Director Of Fp&A

The Director of FP&A will serve as a key financial business partner to the executive leadership team, owning the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis functions. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Lead the company's annual budgeting process, coordinating across all departments to develop a comprehensive operating plan Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities with clear variance analysis Develop and maintain robust financial models that support long-range strategic planning and scenario analysis Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial close and reporting. Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, and department heads, delivering data-driven recommendations Analyze business performance across revenue, bookings, ARR, gross margin, headcount, and operational expenses Support go-to-market financial planning including sales productivity, quota setting, and pipeline analysis Evaluate new business initiatives, strategic investments, and M&A opportunities through detailed financial modeling Design and maintain executive dashboards and board-ready financial reporting packages Prepare and present financial materials for board of directors meetings and investor reviews Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company is strongly preferred Deep expertise in SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and unit economics. Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills; proficiency with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct) Proven ability to present complex financial data clearly to executive audiences.
