Overview Tulsa Ballet is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ballet and possess the skills to create engaging content across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for producing, managing, and scheduling content for social media, email campaigns, our website, and various marketing materials. Additionally, the Content Creator will develop and implement communications and public relations strategies, as well as handle all photography and video production needs for the company.

Responsibilities Photo and Video Production:
End-to-end execution of photo and video shoots, including concept and execution, by collaborating with other departments and alongside third-party creators.
Creates story boards, scene lists, scripts, and direction for specific videos and sets up filming schedules.
Capture and manage video and photography needs for the organization, including scheduling, coordination with artistic, obtaining approvals, and storage of approved video/photos on the server, Vimeo, and/or YouTube page.
Keep website images fresh and current.
Find and send approved imagery to third party contacts, such as publications and news outlets.
Work with various departments to determine needs for video and photo production, set expectations, and gain necessary approvals for projects.
Organic Social Media:
Develop, write, and edit compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
Manage and schedule posts to ensure consistent and engaging online presence.
Create and manage content for email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and messaging, including reporting and results measurement of all social media marketing initiatives.
Work with strategic lead to ensure all creative output addresses strategic objectives and delivers against key audiences.
Stay abreast of latest developments in social media and share insight with the marketing team.
Paid Social Media:
Create, place, manage, and report on internal paid ads, ensuring campaigns deliver against key audiences and fit within budget and timeline.
Manage paid campaign for annual audition search, including budgeting and reporting.
Email Campaigns:
Find and gather stories, snippets, and important information for corresponding email campaigns.
Write copy for email campaigns.
Manage email campaign plan, ensuring campaigns coincide with other marketing initiatives in the overall marketing plan, hit deadlines, and provide seamless storyline within marketing.
Design, or have the desire to learn, small informational graphics in Canva for eblasts.
Public Relations:
Implementation of Annual Communications Plan to increase ticket sales, grow attendance at Tulsa Ballet functions, increase regional, national and international visibility for the company, promote school enrollment, and support fundraising potential through marketing.
Write press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Build and maintain relationship with media contacts.
Participate in all aspects of community relations for Tulsa Ballet
Occasional weekends for performances

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s Degree plus previous marketing experience
Photography and video editing experience
High EQ skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and leadership
Outstanding project management skills with the ability to stay flexible with shifting needs and timelines
Strong writer who can finesse language, with a wit and style that catches the attention of audiences
Superior written and interpersonal communication skills
Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Friendly personality and positive outlook
Proven track record of being able to work under pressure while managing multiple deadlines
Salary range: $40,000-$45,000 (depending on experience)
