PRODUCER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH JOB OBJECTIVES
Leads execution for weekend services, special events and Student Ministries at assigned campus
Responsible for implementing the brand experience for services by acting as a liaison with the Production and Music teams.
Reports to the Sr. Producer
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Produces services at assigned campus, special events and Student Ministries
Responsible for implementing brand experience for services
Schedules, develops and leads Production volunteer team
Leads debrief meetings with the production and music teams to make decisions on changes to services
Provides programming and technical consultation to other campus ministry areas
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s 9 core beliefs
4+ years working in a music, live production, creative or church environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, technical school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in utilizing all types of programming, creative, and production arts that create environments and experiences that enhance worship
Experience in top quality production and excellence with a working knowledge of all aspects of live production which includes programming, audio, lighting, multimedia, music and staging
Experience working with volunteers
Experience with lyric and presentation graphics
Musical background
JOB DETAILS
Location: Centerville, MN
Status: Exempt / Salary
Starting Salary Range: $53,000 - $58,000
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Regular/Temporary: Regular
Workdays: Wednesday - Sunday. Must be available Wednesday nights for Student Ministries and occasional evenings for events. Expected to work 45+ weekends/year.
