This Account Manager is responsible forAccount Administration and relationship management of trusts within the corporate trust department (aircraft and life settlement transactions) including document review, account setup, coordination of payment and investment responsibilities, timely response to customer inquiries, and marketing of current and potential clients. Effective communication with customers and co-workers.

Account Administration:
Review governing documents, complete an electronic account synopsis of each assigned transaction, and coordinate the account set-up on various internal systems. Ensure responsibilities of the bank are completed in a timely manner pursuant to the governing documents following established Corporate Trust policies and procedures. Coordinate regularly with the Corporate Trust legal team and account assistants to ensure transactions are administered appropriately. Payment Processing and Investment of Funds:
Responsible for the oversight of incoming/outgoing payment processing on assigned accounts utilizing internal payment systems. Coordinate with appropriate parties (internally and externally) to ensure payments and investments are authorized, directed and permitted pursuant to the governing documents. Review account balances regularly to ensure there are no unexplained cash balances in the accounts. Customer Service and Marketing:
Primary contact for customer inquiries on assigned transactions. Assist the department in marketing both existing and potential clients.
