$52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.

Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, proposals, and presentations to potential and existing customers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and order status.

Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Maintain detailed customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional manufacturing products or services.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, opportunities, and customer data.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong phone presence and active listening abilities.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Bonus Qualifications

Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, blueprints, or product specifications.

Familiarity with common manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, fabrication, assembly) or industrial product categories.

Experience with ERP/CRM systems commonly used in manufacturing environments (e.g., SAP, Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).

Previous experience selling technical or engineered products.
