Key Responsibilities

Qualify and develop new sales leads within the manufacturing sector.

Manage and grow relationships with existing customer accounts to maximize sales opportunities.

Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and process sales orders accurately.

Provide product information, technical specifications, and support to customers.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.

Recommended Qualifications

Experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office applications.

Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical product information and applications.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or manufacturing-specific software.

Demonstrated technical aptitude or ability to quickly grasp complex product specifications.

Experience selling within a specific manufacturing sector (e.g., industrial components, MRO, automation).

Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin).

Prior experience with CRM customization or advanced reporting features.
