
Account Executive (Sales)

Barn2Door is seeking an Account Executive (Sales) to help independent farmers manage and grow their businesses by selling Barn2Door’s software and services. In this high-velocity sales role, you will connect with farmers, qualify prospects, deliver product demonstrations, resolve objections, and close new accounts. You will be responsible for acquiring farms in designated territories and managing the full sales cycle each month.
Responsibilities will include:
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective farms from initiation to close
Generate leads through research, emails, phone calls, and events
Meet and exceed farm subscription goals and overall sales objectives
Educate prospects about Barn2Door’s solutions through presentations
Clearly articulate Barn2Door’s value proposition and return on investment
Provide feedback to internal teams on market opportunities and challenges

Training and Development:
Ongoing training in product orientation, messaging, objection handling, and customer engagement
Develop deep understanding of Barn2Door’s solution and market differentiation
Continuous professional growth and self-critiques to improve performance
Total Compensation On-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000 - $110,000+ DOE with a no-cap commission structure. Incentive Stock Options (ISOs) available.
