Position Overview The Event Marketing Intern will support brand execution, sponsor activations, and on-site event presentation for the Collegiate Rugby Championship National 7s. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for students pursuing careers in sports marketing, communications, or event production.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with
event signage setup and branding placement
Support
sponsor activations
in-stadium and in fan zones
Assist with
trophy setup and award presentations
Proofread social media posts, blog content, and marketing emails
Coordinate media contacts and credential tracking
Support oversight of:
Merchandise booth operations
Stadium production
Streaming production
Digital asset organization
Provide general marketing and on-site execution support
Qualifications
In driving distance of Boyds, MD
Strong attention to detail (especially proofreading)
Ability to multitask in a live-event environment
Interest in sports marketing and brand activation
Comfortable working both behind the scenes and in front-facing roles
Available on-site beginning Thursday, April 23
