We are looking for an Apex Hunter.

A.C. Moate Industries is expanding across the Pacific Northwest and we are adding a business development professional to help us dominate the [CITY] commercial construction and property management market.

Our company already performs paving, sealcoating, sweeping, and pavement maintenance for major commercial clients.

Your job is to make sure everyone in the market knows it.

The Mission You will hunt.

You will introduce A.C. Moate Industries to decision-makers including:

General Contractors

Commercial Property Managers

Facility Managers

Developers

This means:

Cold calls

Office drop-ins

Networking events

Relationship building

Following up until doors open

Your responsibility is simple:

Fill the pipeline.

Our operations and estimating teams will handle pricing and execution.

Your job is to open the doors and build the relationships.

Territory Ownership You will focus on the local cities.

Success in this role means becoming well‑known among:

Commercial property managers

Construction firms

Developers

Facility operators

The goal is simple:

When someone in the market needs pavement work, your name comes up.

Compensation Top performers earn: $80,000 – $120,000+ per year.

Compensation includes:

Base salary

Performance bonuses
