Enterprise Account Executive (Estately by FreeWill)

Estately is seeking a strategic, high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to lead enterprise deals across sectors and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, developing, and closing new enterprise sales opportunities

Creating and executing a strategic territory plan to drive revenue

Driving new business with net new logos

Meeting and exceeding all quarterly and annual sales quotas

Accurately forecasting quarterly and monthly sales

Consulting and supporting prospective customers using in-depth industry knowledge

Serving as the voice of Estately’s clients, sharing customer-driven insights across the organization

You’re a great fit if you:

Have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, operational, and negotiation skills

Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and can work autonomously in fast-moving, quickly-changing environments

Are comfortable meeting with senior executives from prospective partners

Have a proven track record of achieving sales commitments and accurately forecasting targets

Are able to travel up to 20% of the time for customer meetings, trade shows, and events

Preferred qualifications

History of continually exceeding sales quotas of $1M or more

Experience building a business from the ground up and thriving in high-opportunity environments

Experience selling into CHROs, financial advisory firms, mortgage providers, or hospital systems, and/or multi-sector expertise

Experience as a thought leader in high-level engagements across sectors

Candidates should be able to demonstrate actual performance against past quotas and be comfortable adapting to shifting responsibilities in a fast-paced or start-up environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate, and driven to excel.

Total Compensation The projected total on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $250,000.
