Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, execution‑oriented marketing leader to drive growth, engagement, and brand performance across digital, traditional, and internal channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies that increase quote volume, customer engagement, brand visibility, and operational alignment.
The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution. They understand performance marketing, brand development, content optimization, and cross‑functional integration and can translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Core Responsibilities
Drive Social engagement, traffic and creative solutions that improve brand visibility and followers.
Manage performance for the automated email and SMS campaigns and the overall performance of the system. Offering measurable content changes that improve adoption, minimize opt out and improve retention.
Lead SEO strategic plan to site domain authority, site traffic, increase inbound quote volume, and lead generation across channels.
Oversee direct mail campaigns and out‑of‑home (OOH) advertising including billboard strategy and placement.
Manage internal support as needed including, presentations, conference support, internal announcements, PR, and community engagement.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
Lead organic social media strategy focused on engagement, follower growth, and brand authority.
Oversee website performance, SEO strategy, and organic traffic growth.
Manage website redesign initiatives and ongoing UX/content optimization.
Drive continuous improvement of website conversion performance.
Develop and manage email and SMS/text marketing systems:
Optimize click‑through rates and engagement rates.
Increase system adoption and utilization.
Minimize unsubscribe/opt‑out rates.
Implement A/B testing and performance refinement.
Report regularly on system performance and ROI.
Content & Creative Oversight Automated Email and SMS
Oversee creative design and branded asset development for all campaings
Develop compelling content strategies aligned with engagement and growth goals and retention.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical touch points.
Manage production of marketing collateral, digital assets, and campaign materials.
Reporting on all campaigns.
Internal Communications
Develop and deploy internal marketing communications including:
Company‑wide announcements
Press releases
Staff messaging campaigns
Provide executive‑level PowerPoint and presentation support.
Create branded materials for internal meetings, summits, and field engagement.
Support onboarding and off boarding communications with cross‑departmental coordination.
Community Engagement & Brand Presence
Plan and execute community engagement initiatives.
Integrate in‑person activations with digital amplification strategies.
Coordinate sponsorships and community campaigns with social tie‑ins.
Measure community campaign impact on engagement and brand growth.
Cross‑Departmental Integration
Collaborate with operations, sales, CX, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives.
Support phone system messaging strategy, including auto attendant branding and scripting alignment.
Participate in system integrations and communication infrastructure alignment.
Reporting & Performance Management
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for:
Quote volume growth
Website traffic and conversion metrics
Email/SMS engagement and opt‑out rates
Social media growth and engagement
Campaign ROI (digital and traditional)
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications Required
5-10+ years of progressive marketing experience
Proven experience in go‑to‑market Social Media strategy development.
Strong understanding of SEO, digital performance metrics, and conversion optimization.
Demonstrated experience managing email and SMS marketing systems.
Experience overseeing website management and redesign initiatives.
Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a high‑growth environment.
Preferred
Insurance Experience
Proven Content Strategies with Social Media and marketing automation.
Experience managing direct mail and OOH advertising.
Background in regulated industries preferred.
