Job Summary
The Marketing Communications Specialist supports MacQueen’s brand and business growth by executing high-quality internal and external marketing communications. The Marketing Communications Specialist will partner closely with sales, operations, HR, manufacturer partners, and senior leadership to deliver marketing programs that engage customers, enable sales, and drive measurable results—while helping elevate MacQueen’s overall marketing and brand presence.
Essential Duties Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution
Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business performance.
Support the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing priorities aligned with business segment and company objectives.
Manage marketing projects from concept through execution, including timelines, deliverables, performance tracking, and reporting.
Brand & Content Development
Support and champion brand consistency across all internal and external communications, channels, and marketing materials.
Plan, develop, execute and track Marketing Development Funds aligned with OEM partner marketing requirements and growth objectives.
Write, edit, and proof compelling marketing content that aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
Sales and Operations Enablement
Create high-impact sales enablement tools, including presentations, messaging frameworks, collateral, proposals, calendars, email campaigns, case studies, videos, and other sales support materials.
Partner with sales and operational teams to ensure marketing materials are relevant, effective, and aligned with customer needs.
Social Media & Digital Promotions
Plan, execute and manage advertising and promotional campaigns in alignment with company and segment business goals.
Develop and maintain digital and social media content calendars to align with business objectives and priorities.
Manage, track and grow MacQueen’s social media platforms and presence with engaging content across multiple platforms.
Update and enhance internal and external websites, including landing pages and digital content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing initiatives.
Marketing Operations & Optimization
Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to segment audiences, deliver targeted campaigns, and support customer journey programs.
Analyze and report on campaign and program performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
Internal & External Communications
Develop and execute communications that engage employees, support organizational alignment, and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Serve as a collaborative marketing partner and trusted resource, sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing and/or communications.
Proven ability to execute integrated marketing communications with measurable results, including content development and sales enablement that drive engagement and revenue growth.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and work independently with minimal oversight and high attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including advanced writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation capabilities.
Creative, forward-thinking mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights; interest in emerging tools and trends, including AI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with HubSpot CMS and/or marketing automation platforms preferred.
Compensation In accordance with Minnesota pay transparency requirements, this role offers a salary range of $55,000–$82,000 per year, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly.

Travel by air or car occasionally.
