What You’ll Do
Set the creative bar. Inspire the team and clients alike with design that’s both visually exceptional and grounded in strategy, data, and user insight.
Collaborate across disciplines. Partner with UX designers, interaction designers, strategists, and developers to define creative direction and deliver outstanding digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
Own the craft. Translate wireframes, functional specifications, and prototypes into high-fidelity design that brings the user experience fully to life — across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Champion innovation. Continuously push the boundaries of what’s aesthetically and technologically possible within our clients’ industries.
Mentor and elevate. Invest in junior creative team members and foster a culture of cross-discipline collaboration and shared craft.
Deliver with consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment, and maintain an uncompromising standard of quality from concept through delivery.
Be a client partner. Show up with confidence and clarity in client-facing presentations, translating complex design decisions into compelling narratives.
What You Bring
3+ years’ experience at a digital agency
A strong portfolio demonstrating quality work across digital media — including responsive web, mobile, and app design
Expert-level proficiency with Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of interaction design, branding, digital marketing, and the end-to-end creative process
Proven experience with mobile-first, responsive design across devices and platforms
Familiarity with front-end technologies — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, data visualization — enough to design with development realities in mind
A natural ability to absorb feedback, self-direct, and iterate with purpose
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred; formal design training highly valued
Bonus points for:
Motion design experience
Financial services industry background
Experience with data visualization and designing for complex information environments
