Responsibilities:
Support sales with technical solution design
Design optical network architectures
Deliver demos and technical presentations
Assist with solution sizing and proposals
Join customer meetings and discussions
Support POC and smaller design projects
Act as technical advisor during sales cycle
Skills / Must Have:
3+ years optical networking experience
Knowledge of DWDM / ROADM / SONET
Understanding of fiber transmission principles
Experience with optical network design
Familiarity with OSPF, BGP or MPLS
Exposure to Network Management Systems
Strong communication skills
