What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars
Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex solutions
Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions regarding solutions and services
Participate in discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business processes
Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise
3+ years of business experience with cloud-based human capital management applications
3+ years in a presales, sales consulting, and/or implementation role
3+ years working with core Human Resource concepts
Ability to travel 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years of human resource ERP domain expertise
Experience presenting cloud-based solutions to both functional and technical audiences
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Experience with value-based selling
Healthcare industry or payor experience preferred
